The development of modernity has presented fundamental challenges to Islamic ethics, which has long been the foundation of Muslim society in Indonesia. Traditional values rooted in the Qur'an and Hadith face serious tensions with the currents of globalization, digitalization, and liberalism. Purpose: This study aims to analyze the dynamics of Islamic ethical value changes in the context of modern Muslim society in Indonesia and the factors influencing them. Method: The study employs a qualitative approach using literature review and in-depth interviews within urban Muslim communities. Results: A significant shift was found in worship practices, social morality, and economic ethics due to modernity's penetration. Conclusion: A contextual and adaptive reconstruction of Islamic ethics is needed without sacrificing the substance of fundamental Islamic values.
