Peer Review Process
Journal of Adab and Islamic Civilization
All manuscripts submitted to the Journal of Adab and Islamic Civilization must align with the journal's focus and scope and adhere strictly to the established author guidelines. Submitted manuscripts must demonstrate significant scholarly contributions, whether in terms of originality, theoretical value, or practical application, in accordance with the field of Islamic culture (adab) and civilization.
Each manuscript must be free from any form of plagiarism. Authors are strongly encouraged to conduct a similarity check using recognized plagiarism detection software, such as Turnitin, before submission. The editorial team will conduct a secondary verification to ensure the academic integrity of the submission.
All articles submitted will undergo a double-blind peer review process by at least two expert reviewers in the relevant subject area. Reviewers will provide constructive academic feedback to support the improvement of the manuscript. The final decision to accept or reject an article rests solely with the editors, based on the reviewers' evaluations.
The publication schedule and order of appearance for accepted articles are determined by the editorial board. Considerations include the final acceptance date, institutional and geographic diversity of the authors, and thematic relevance to the current issue. This policy is implemented to maintain the scientific quality and diversity of the Journal of Adab and Islamic Civilization and to support a wide range of perspectives in the study of Islamic culture and civilization.
