Authors must ensure that submitted manuscripts are original, free from plagiarism, and not under consideration or previously published elsewhere.

Proper citations must be given for all referenced works, and any use of third-party data, figures, or ideas must be clearly acknowledged.
-
In the case of multiple authors, the contributions of each author must be stated clearly and fairly.
-
Authors should provide accurate and verifiable data and must be willing to provide raw data if requested by editors or reviewers for verification.
2. Editors’ Responsibilities
-
Editors are responsible for evaluating each manuscript fairly and objectively based on its academic merit, originality, and relevance to the journal’s scope.
-
Editors must maintain the confidentiality of submitted manuscripts and must not use unpublished materials for their own benefit.
-
Editors hold the authority to accept or reject manuscripts based on the outcome of peer review and ethical considerations.
3. Reviewers’ Responsibilities
-
Reviewers must provide honest, constructive, and timely feedback to help improve the quality of the manuscript.
-
Reviewers must maintain confidentiality and refrain from using any part of the manuscript content for personal advantage.

4. Disclosure of Conflicts of Interest
-
All individuals involved in the publication process must disclose any financial, institutional, or personal conflicts of interest that could influence the review and decision-making process.
