Islamic boarding schools face major challenges in the form of adolescent moral shifts due to digital modernization, requiring an integrated character building system through spiritual guidance services. This study aims to examine the implementation of Islamic counseling guidance in shaping the character of students at Raudhotul Jannah Islamic Boarding School, Sidokerto, Calibration, Lampung Tengah. A qualitative descriptive method was used with observation, interviews, and documentation involving caretakers, teachers, and students. The results indicate that Islamic counseling is implemented effectively through role modeling (uswah hasanah), good advice (mau'idhah hasanah), and persuasive approaches both individually and in groups. This counseling successfully fosters discipline, responsibility, and permanent spiritual awareness among students. Supporting factors include a conducive boarding school environment, while challenges include diverse student characters and the negative impacts of digital technology. In conclusion, the implementation of Islamic counseling is vital as a medium for character formation to shape well-mannered students.
