This study aims to examine the role of teacher management innovation in building a digital learning culture in junior secondary schools. The primary focus is directed at the strategies adopted by school managers to initiate professional development and how a digital learning culture is cultivated collaboratively within the school environment. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study method, involving classroom observations, document analysis, and in-depth interviews with school principals, teachers, and academic coordinators. The findings indicate that innovative teacher management acts as a driver of instructional change by emphasizing collaborative leadership, capacity building, and empowerment of all academic stakeholders. Initiatives such as internal professional training, integration of digital learning tools, and collaborative partnerships with parents constitute a systemic strategy for sustaining a digital learning culture. The study concludes that the success of digital learning culture innovation is strongly shaped by adaptive management capacity and its responsiveness to 21st-century educational demands.
