Islamic education plays a strategic role in shaping the character of the younger generation to become morally responsible and competitive individuals. However, the 3T regions (frontier, outermost, and underdeveloped areas) still face significant challenges, including limited access to education, inadequate infrastructure, and insufficient human resources. This study aims to formulate a strategic management design for Islamic education that is adaptive and applicable in 3T areas. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis. The data were analyzed thematically to identify patterns of problems and strategic solutions. The findings reveal that the success of Islamic education in 3T regions depends largely on synergy among government institutions, local communities, and educational organizations. Key strategies include strengthening teachers’ capacity through continuous training, utilizing both online and offline learning technologies, and optimizing the role of local communities. This study highlights the importance of inclusive, adaptive, and sustainable educational policies to improve Islamic education quality in 3T regions.
