The COVID-19 pandemic had a significant impact on the education sector, especially in 3T areas (Frontier, Outermost, and Disadvantaged regions) that still face limitations in internet access, technological facilities, and socioeconomic conditions. This study aims to examine the strategies used by teachers in conducting learning activities during the pandemic and to identify the implementation of Islamic educational values in the learning process. This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through interviews with teachers, students, parents, and village heads, and then analyzed descriptively. The findings show that teachers utilized various online learning media, such as WhatsApp, Google Meet, Google Classroom, and learning videos. In addition, teachers also implemented semi-offline learning by distributing printed learning materials and assignments to students who had difficulties accessing the internet. The success of learning during the pandemic depended not only on teachers' abilities but also on the support of parents, communities, and village governments. The implementation of Islamic educational values, such as responsibility, trustworthiness (amanah), patience, cooperation, and social care, was clearly reflected throughout the learning process. These values were demonstrated through teachers' efforts in guiding students, parents' involvement in assisting their children's learning, and community support for educational activities. Although several challenges remained, including limited internet access, inadequate learning devices, and difficulties in assessment, the learning process continued effectively. The findings indicate that Islamic educational values play an important role in supporting the continuity of learning and shaping students' character during times of crisis.
