This research is motivated by the use of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) worship habituation book as a means of developing the religious character of students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This program is implemented to accustom students to performing worship regularly amidst technological developments and the increasing use of mobile phones among children, which is feared to reduce attention to worship. This study aims to explain the practice of using the worship habituation book, the social relations between teachers and parents, and its implications for religious education and moral control of children. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation involving the principal, teachers, students, and parents. The results showed that the worship habituation book was used to record the five daily prayers, the Dhuha prayer, reading the Qur'an, memorization, and students' daily worship activities. Teachers conduct supervision through routine checks, mentoring, motivation, coaching, and providing rewards for disciplined students. Parents play a role in supervising children's worship at home through mentoring and signing the habituation book. This program has resulted in increased discipline, responsibility, honesty, and worship habits, as well as strengthening collaboration between schools and families in sustainably shaping children's religious character and moral self-control, fostering student habituation
