"Authors are discouraged from withdrawing submitted manuscripts, as the evaluation process involves significant time and effort from both Editors and Reviewers. However, if unavoidable circumstances arise, the withdrawal policy of Jurnal Transformasi Pendidikan Islam is as follows:
Pre-Review Stage: Authors may withdraw their manuscript without penalty if it is still in the initial screening stage by the Editor and has not yet been sent to Reviewers.
Review and Editing Stage: Withdrawal at this stage is strongly discouraged. Authors who withdraw a manuscript while the review process is underway must submit a formal and valid reason to the Editor via email.
Publication Ethics: Submitting the same manuscript to multiple journals simultaneously (multiple submission) is a serious ethical violation. If such a case is detected, the manuscript will be forcibly withdrawn by the Editor, and the author may be placed on a blacklist.
Withdrawal Procedure: A request for manuscript withdrawal must be made in writing through an official statement letter signed by the corresponding author and sent to the editorial team."
