PEER REVIEW

Peer Review Process

Every manuscript submitted to Jurnal Transformasi Pendidikan Islam will undergo a peer-review process according to the following provisions:

  1. Initial Review: The Editor will conduct an initial screening of the manuscript regarding its suitability with the focus and scope, compliance with author guidelines, and plagiarism level (maximum 25%). Manuscripts that do not meet these criteria will be returned or rejected.

  2. Review System: This journal implements a Double-Blind Peer Review policy. The identities of the authors are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, to ensure the objectivity of the evaluation.

  3. Reviewer Assignment: Each manuscript will be reviewed by at least 2 (two) reviewers who are experts in their respective fields.

  4. Editor's Decision: Based on the comments and recommendations from the reviewers, the Editor will make the final decision:

    • Accepted: The manuscript is accepted without revision.

    • Minor Revision: The manuscript is accepted with minor improvements.

    • Major Revision: The manuscript requires in-depth revision and may be subject to a second round of review.

    • Rejected: The manuscript is rejected due to quality issues or lack of scientific relevance.

  5. Processing Time: The editorial team is committed to providing the initial decision result to the authors within 4-8 weeks from the date of submission.
