Resiliensi Karakter: Internalisasi Akhlak di Era Digital

Abstract

Background: The digital era has fundamentally transformed how individuals form identity and moral values. Rapidly advancing information technology poses serious challenges to the internalization of morality, particularly among younger generations. Objective: This study aims to analyze character resilience-building strategies through moral internalization as a response to digital-era challenges. Method: The research employed a qualitative approach with systematic literature review and in-depth interviews involving 20 informants comprising educators, parents, and students in pesantren and character-based schools. Results: An integrative approach combining Islamic values, role modeling, and digital literacy was found to significantly strengthen individual character resilience. Conclusion: Contextual and adaptive moral internalization is the primary foundation for building resilient character in the digital era.
