Pelatihan Penyusunan Karya Tulis Ilmiah bagi Guru Madrasah dalam Mendukung Pengembangan Profesional Berkelanjutan

Abstrak

The professional development of madrasah teachers is a strategic issue in improving the quality of Islamic education in Indonesia. One indicator of professional competence is the ability to produce scientific papers relevant to subject matter and teaching practice. This community service program aimed to enhance the scientific writing competence of madrasah teachers through a structured three-month training involving 75 teachers from 15 madrasahs in Lampung Province. Implementation methods included intensive workshops, individual mentoring, and needs-based writing clinics. Evaluation results showed an 82% increase in scientific writing competence, 79% improvement in research methodology understanding, and 91% growth in professional motivation. A total of 68% of participants successfully completed a publication-ready draft, and 12 manuscripts were accepted by nationally accredited journals. This program demonstrates the effectiveness of practice-based training in sustainably building the academic capacity of madrasah teachers.
